Telling Tales

The storytelling sessions are designed for children to spend an hour session enthralled in what is hoped to be a new and exciting experience for them. Bright Eyes uses storytelling as a means to guide, teach and help classroom studies by sparking imagination and the desire to learn through fun, enjoyable and memorable theatrical experiences.

All storytelling is curriculum based and can be tailored to suit any themes or festivals that are currently being studied in the classroom at that time. Performances are suitable for the ages of 4- 9 years.

Learning Through Storytelling

All stories are designed to stimulate the children with imaginative tales, vivid colourful costume and props and exciting movement allowing the children to visualise clearly and gain a newer understanding of theatre. Through careful selection, the stories ensure close integration with the curriculum and teach the children a valued lesson or moral to each tale and exactly how they can incorporate it into everyday lives such as at school, home or with friends.
